With more than 25 years of experience as a broker, investor and property manager in Louisiana, I have earned the trust of clients, colleagues and leaders both in my state and across the real estate industry.
I’ve always had a passion for real estate. I purchased my first rental property at the age of 23, while I was still in college. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in business administration and became a licensed real estate broker five years later.
Over the years, I’ve gained a deep understanding of managing personal investments, brokerage operations, detailed real estate budgets and large-scale developments that have resulted in putting together complex commercial deals. I especially enjoy opportunities to reposition overlooked properties into high-value assets.
Most notably, I led the effort to develop an industrial site in Alexandria, La., that secured Amazon as an anchor business, and I was featured in a cover article in CREATE magazine profiling my efforts to convert a defunct indoor rodeo arena into a Class A distribution warehouse for Lowe’s.
I have been commissioned by two Louisiana governors, a Democrat and Republican, to serve in leadership roles – the Louisiana Housing Corporation (2012-2016) and the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (2017 to present, chairman in 2022). I currently serve as the NAR Federal Political Coordinator for Louisiana U.S. Senator John Kennedy.
